Cane Island Hosts March 25 Spring Fling Carnival & Home Tours
The Katy community of Cane Island will host its Spring Fling Carnival & Home Tours on Saturday, March 25 from 1-3 p.m. when the community’s Cane Quarter amenity village is transformed into a fun, carnival-like atmosphere complete with games, craft and food vendors.
Try your skills at Nerf gun target, lazer tag, a putting station, bean bag toss, a rock climbing wall, and so much more! After you try your hand at all the fun games, browse from among the dozens of craft vendors presenting fun clothing, unique gift finds and items for the home. Several food vendors, with items available for purchase, also will on hand.
Admission to the afternoon of fun and games is free and open to the public. All carnival games also are free. Cane Quarter is located at 2100 Cane Island Parkway. Complimentary onsite parking is available.

After much anticipation, Cane Island’s new onsite Robertson Elementary opened for the 2022 - 2023 school year. Part of the outstanding Katy Independent School District, Robertson Elementary offers spacious classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, and leading-edge teaching technologies.

More than 50 outdoor vendors will set up shop for one of west Houston’s most popular single-day holiday shopping events, Candy Cane Market with the Katy Moms Network, on Saturday, December 3 in Katy’s Cane Island.
Candy Cane Market is open 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the community’s Cane Quarter amenity village, 2100 Cane Island Parkway, where local vendors will present handcrafted jewelry, custom clothing and accessories, fun items for the home and other unique finds. Admission and onsite parking is free.
While at Candy Cane Market, families can take pictures with Santa, enjoy face painting, food truck cuisine and more!
The community’s collection of new showcase model homes, each fully furnished and expertly decorated, also will be open to the public with free admission.

Cane Island will host its annual Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat, free and open to the public on Saturday, October 22 from 2-6 p.m., when the Katy community of new homes celebrates the best of fall fun with Halloween candy, children’s activities and local vendors.
Cane Island’s Cane Quarter will be dotted with themed, decked-out cars and golf carts offering Halloween candy and other surprises for children presented in Trunk or Treat style. Families also will enjoy pumpkin painting, a caramel apple-making station, giant corn maze and petting zoo, among a host of other free activities. Children can wear their Halloween costumes or they can come dressed as they are.

This park is perfect for children and families to get outside while offering a unique opportunity to learn to identify the different trees and plants with this downloadable map.
