Cane Island’s Summer Savings Event Extended Through August 31, 2023

In the market for a new home? Then you’re in luck – Cane Island’s Summer Savings Event has been extended through August 31, 2023! 

Save up to $10,000 in closing costs on select homesites, the best way to save on the home of your dreams in Katy’s most sought-after master-planned community.

Simply click the View Promotion button on Cane Island’s home page to download a Summer Sales Event savings certificate. Present your certificate to a participating builder sales representative at the beginning of your visit to redeem the savings. 

An initial earnest money contract must be signed between June 1, 2023 – August 31, 2023 and close by (September 30, 2023) to be eligible for the savings on a completed inventory home. Or buyers can close up to 30 days after completion of a planned inventory home.
