Cane Island Hosts Showcase Model Home Tours, Saturday, April 22

Katy’s Cane Island will host public tours of its fully-furnished model homes, featuring top-selling plans from Houston’s leading builders, on Saturday, April 22 from noon – 3 p.m.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, move-up buyer or looking to downsize without sacrificing features, you’ll enjoy strolling through each model home’s magazine-quality spaces.

Participating models by Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes and Perry Homes feature gourmet island kitchens, spacious family rooms and inviting Owners Suites. Models also feature state-of-the-art media rooms, fun-packed game rooms, flex spaces ideal for working remotely, outdoor entertaining spaces, secluded wine grottos and private studies.

Plus, each model will offer complimentary treats to sweeten the experience.

Prior to touring Cane Island’s showcase models, visit the community’s Cane Quarter Welcome Center, 2100 Cane Island Parkway, to pick up a punch card which, when completed by touring seven models, will ensure entry for a $100 TopGolf gift card or a $100 Home Run Dugout gift card. One participant will win each prize for a total of 2 winners.

To reach the Katy community of new homes, take the Cane Island Parkway exit off Interstate 10 minutes west of the Grand Parkway.  Head north on Cane Island Parkway and take the roadway directly into the community.
