Simply click the View Promotion button on Cane Island’s home page to download an Autumn Home Event certificate. Present your certificate to a participating builder’s sales representative at the beginning of your visit to redeem the savings.  

Cane Island’s Autumn Home Event is valid October 1 - November 30 2023 on select Cane Island homesites. An initial earnest money contract must be signed between October 1- November 30 2023 and close by the specified date of the participating builders for completed or planned inventory homes.
