Cane Island Introduces Newest Resident-Only Amenity, The Retreat

Cane Island is pleased to introduce the community’s newest resident-only amenity, the Retreat, a quaint, tranquil setting complete with plush furnishings, classic board games, complimentary coffee, bottled water and fresh fruit.

Overlooking the community’s Cane Quarter lawn, the resident-only space is ideal for curling up with a good book, logging on to a device and catching up on your favorite movie or board game fun with your family and neighbors.

Visit Cane Island’s Welcome Center, 2100 Cane Island Parkway, where the community’s friendly and knowledgeable staff will take you for a peek into this unique, new space.  Then tour the rest of Cane Quarter, a resort-style setting featuring a two-story fitness center, yoga studio with on-demand classes, lap pool, lagoon-style family pool and cabanas, children’s water playground and central lawn. Cane Quarter also is home to The Oaks Kitchen & Bar, open daily for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.

To reach the Katy community of new homes, take the Cane Island Parkway exit off Interstate 10 minutes west of the Grand Parkway.  Head north on Cane Island Parkway and take the roadway directly into the community.  

Cane Island’s Welcome Center is open Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sunday, noon – 6 p.m.   Information on builders, homesites and move-in ready homes also is available.
