$1,000 Cane Island Realtor Incentive. Restrictions apply. Incentive subject to change. To qualify for entry, a participant must sell and close two (2) new homes within the Contest Sponsor’s Cane Island master-planned community to unaffiliated, third-party homebuyers during a six-month period (January 1, 2022 – June 30, 2022 or July 1, 2022 – December 31,2022). Participants representing investors purchasing a home in the community do not qualify.  One additional entry will be earned each time the participant sells and closes two (2) additional new homes within Cane Island to unaffiliated, third-party homebuyers during a six-month period.  For example, if a participant sells eight (8) homes within Cane Island in accordance with the terms of this paragraph during a six-month period, the participant will earn four (4) entries, or $4,000.  There is no cap on the number of entries a participant may earn.  No purchase by the participant is necessary to earn the incentive.  Void where prohibited by law.   As used in these rules, (i) a home shall be deemed to “close” or be deemed to have “closed” if the deed conveying the home from the homebuilder to the unaffiliated, third-party homebuyer has been recorded in the official records of the applicable county within the Contest Dates, (ii) the participant shall be deemed to have “sold” a new home if the participant is paid a sales commission in connection with the closing of the new home, and (iii) a home shall be deemed to be “new” only if the sale is for the initial sale of a new home from the Cane Island homebuilder who constructed the home to the initial, unaffiliated, third-party homebuyer.  Resale homes are not new homes and do not qualify for the incentive.  It is the participant’s responsibility to submit proof of a sale and closing of a new home to the Incentive Sponsor, which proof shall in the form reasonably required by Incentive Sponsor. Participants acknowledge that (i) contact and other information provided to Incentive Sponsor in connection with the Incentive, including any and all photos and videos, are the property of Incentive Sponsor and may be used by Incentive Sponsor and shared with the homebuilders who are constructing homes within the Cane Island community, and (ii) by providing such information, participants and the winner consent to Cane Island so using such contact information and other information, including photos and videos, for any and all legal purposes related to the Incentive.  All contact and other information collected by Incentive Sponsor as part of the Incentive is subject to Cane Island’s privacy policy, a copy of which is available from Incentive Sponsor upon written request.
Each participant and the agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Incentive Sponsor and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, attorneys, affiliates, partners, managers, and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Incentive participation in the Incentive.
By entering and participating in the Incentive, each participant acknowledges that he or she has received and reviewed these rules and agrees to them.
